Clinical Therapist BHOP $2500 retention bonus

This position is eligible for a $2,500 retention bonus.

Job Summary:

The Providence Center helps adults, adolescents, and children affected by psychiatric illnesses, emotional problems, and addictions by providing treatment and supportive services within a community setting.

The Clinical Therapist, Behavioral Health Outpatient Program (BHOP) will provide outpatient psychotherapy at The Providence Center or in the community. This position is full-time and on-site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform a comprehensive psychosocial assessment of assigned consumers.
• Complete crisis assessments, initial assessments, and integrated summary forms.
• Develop and implement a plan of care with ongoing consumer input.
• Provide individual mental health and/or substance abuse treatment and crisis assessment.
• Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Center requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required.
• LICSW and LMHC preferred.
• Candidate must have or be in the process of obtaining an independent license (LICSW and/or LMHC).
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred and encouraged to apply; eligible for bilingual stipend.
