HireAbility Vermont is seeking a team-orientated individual with very strong customer service, interpersonal and administrative skills for our Middlebury Office. This candidate will be the face of the office, the first point of contact a participant will have with the organization. The Candidate must be able to juggle multiple priorities, be a self-starter and have strong computer and technical skills. Tasks include reception, administrative support to counselors and employment staff, technical support, and a wide range of other administrative duties. The hours are part-time.
This position, Program Technician I - Temporary (Job Requisition #55833), is open to all State employees and external applicants. This is a temporary position. Temporary work is typically for variable hours, and is not expected to be full-time. The State does not guarantee 40 hours of work per week.

High School diploma or equivalent AND two (2) years or more of experience at or above a technical level in program administration support (such as administrating components of a licensing and certification program, or records management).
OR
Two years or more of full-time college coursework OR an associate's degree or higher AND one (1) year or more of experience at or above a technical level in program administration support (such as administrating components of a licensing and certification program, or records management).
