Garden View Manor Comprehensive Personal Care Home seeks a Team Lead to provide clinical direction and administrative support for adults living with complex mental health needs. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of related experience OR Associate’s Degree + 4 years of related experience OR a High School Diploma/equivalent + 9 years of related experience. Must obtain and maintain DPW Medication Train the Trainer certification. Valid Driver’s license and the ability to operate an organizational vehicle. Act 33/34/73 clearances. Pre-employment drug screening.

Works closely with the Personal Care Home (PCH) Supervisors to optimize program performance and ensure the delivery of quality care. This role combines clinical oversight with administrative leadership and includes direct support for residents as needed.
