Job summary

Pittsburgh Mercy is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to assist individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and to function as part of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsibilities include training in daily living skills and maintaining records, with a team-based, compassionate approach.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, necessary clearances, and completion of medication training within 90 days.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver License and ability to drive organization vehicle/van.
  • Act 33/34/73 Clearances required.
  • Pre-Employment Physical/TB required.
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen required.
  • Must pass Medication Training within 90 days of employment.
  • A driver’s license is required along with the ability to operate a company vehicle/van.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Residential Support Specialist provides assistance and training to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
