Job description

JRAD is seeking multiple candidates for immediate fill positions supporting the U.S. Army Evaluation Center (AEC). These positions are off-site but must be local to Aberdeen, MD (within 1-hour driving distance).

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements, to a lesser degree than a Level IV Program/Systems Analyst.
• Work independently with minimal guidance on complex projects and assignments.
• Apply expert-level methods, procedures, techniques, and programs to complete work.
• Ensure work is reviewed for soundness, appropriateness of methods, and conformance with organizational procedures.
• Address problems that may require application of new theories and developments.

Required Skills and Education (Multiple Levels):

• Associate's Degree in Business or a related technical field, plus 10+ years of experience managing acquisition programs, including leadership and analytical responsibilities. Demonstrated knowledge of acquisition phases, analysis tools, modeling, system integration, and related systems such as Command and Control, Agile Software Development, Intel Systems, and Electronic Warfare.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, plus 14+ years of experience in acquisition management, including leadership roles and operational testing expertise in Army and Joint Service systems. Experience in test planning, data analysis, system documentation, and communication is required, with at least 1 year in software testing and network communication.

Security Clearance:

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.
