About Us

Founded in 1969, Western Michigan Adult & Teen Challenge is a faith‑based nonprofit providing long‑term residential discipleship and recovery programming for adults in the Muskegon, Michigan area. Our mission is developing a life in Christ with the hope and freedom found in Him.

The Program Support Staff provides oversight, accountability, and Christlike leadership to students in our residential recovery program. This role is structured and relational; you will follow consistent daily routines while building genuine connections with the people you serve.

• Assist with student intake, check‑in, and related procedures

• Facilitate or support small group sessions
• Oversee students during chapel, prayer, study halls, and meals
