Azad Technology Partners seeks a Program Support Specialist to support the Personnel Security Program within the Personal Identity Verification, Badging, Access and Compliance Program. This is a 2+ year consultant role, full-time and on-site in Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA, with five days on-site.

The ideal candidate holds an associate or bachelor’s degree with the required experience, or equivalent years of demonstrated program support.

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Program Support Specialist and provide support to the Personnel Security Program within the Personal Identity Verification, Badging, Access and Compliance Program.

This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is full time on site based in Portland, Oregon or Vancouver, Washington, with onsite 5 days per week. The hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $5.09) is between $26.61 and $35.09 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or closely related field is preferred.

With a Bachelor's Degree in applicable fields, 1 of experience is required.

With an Associate's Degree in applicable fields, 3 years of experience is required.

Without a degree, 5 years of experience is required.

Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of program support and coordination and be progressively more technical in nature.

Intermediate ability with the following applications (or similar software:

• SharePoint
• MS Project
• MS Access

Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.

Preferred Skills:

Background/familiarization with policies such as government onboarding, badge issuance and accountability (i.e. HSPD-12), national security clearances and public trust background investigations and applicable statutes and Executive Orders.
