THPRD is seeking a Program Support for the Conestoga Recreation & Aquatic Center in Beaverton. This regular part-time role focuses on assisting with assigned recreation programs and front desk operations, delivering friendly customer service and contributing to daily facility operations.
Responsibilities include teaching youth sports (ages 2–15), coordinating with staff, ensuring safety, and promoting inclusive experiences for all patrons.
The Program Support position at Conestoga Recreation & Aquatic Center is a regular, part-time position focused on supporting assigned recreation programs and assisting front desk operations. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service at the front desk, assisting with daily facility operations, and supporting recreation programs and activities based on department needs.
This position receives direct supervision from the recreation program coordinator, limited supervision from the programming staff, and may exercise lead direction over other part-time staff and volunteers.
We are hiring for a regular part-time position that may be scheduled for up to 29 hours per week. Schedule is typically Friday-Monday within the hours of 8am – 8pm dependent on program needs.
The hiring range for this position is $27.84 - $31.38, based on experience and internal equity. Staff may be eligible for a merit increase at the end of September.

Note: Driving eligibility is based on moving violations only. Parking tickets, failure to have insurance, expired registration, and other administrative violations are excluded.
