Bloomington Public Schools is seeking a Program Management Support Paraprofessional for the STRIVE program serving students with DCD needs at Oak Grove Middle School in Bloomington, MN. This role supports students both academically and behaviorally under supervision.

The position begins 8/25/2026 with a 6.2-hour day, 180 days/year. Eligibility includes a High School Diploma, 60 college credits or Para Pro, and PCA certification or ability to obtain. Benefits are offered by the district.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 60 credits post-secondary education or a passing score on the Para Pro Exam
• PCA Certification (or the ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Assist students with academic and behavioral goals.
• Support daily living and instructional activities.
• Collaborate with licensed staff and case managers.
• Document student progress and communicate updates.
