Paraprofessionals in the DCD ProgramParas play an important role in providing behavioral and academic support to students and are often the first go-to person for students during the day.This video will show you what a day in the Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) program might look like. DCD settings include the STRIVE program for grades K-12 and the THRIVE program for grades 3-12.

Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to pass a pre-work physical exam including the following requirements:
Required Experience: Successful experiences working with speical education students in an educational setting preferred.
Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with licensed and other staff to assist students with academic, behavioral/social/emotional, instruction, and daily living skills.
