Job summary

ALLCARE HOMECARE LLC in Long Beach, CA, is seeking a Program Support Manager to oversee daily operations of Supported Living Services and other community programs.

You will work with Operations, Program Directors, and front-line staff to ensure services are safe, person-centered, and compliant with IPPs and Regional Center requirements.

This exempt management role involves training, documentation review, field visits, and coordinating case oversight to maintain high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Support Case Coordinators and Program Management with ongoing oversight of SLS cases.
• Review IPPs, assessments, care plans, and related documents.
• Assist with developing person-centered care plans based on goals and requirements.
• Monitor services for alignment with authorized hours and schedules.
• Assist with new case start-ups, transitions, assessments, and implementation.
• Participate in case, family, Regional Center, and internal program review meetings.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate service quality and staff performance.
• Identify case concerns and escalate follow-up to the manager.
