Turning-Point Community Programs in Modesto, CA is seeking an organized administrative professional to support the Office Manager/Program Director. This at-will, full-time role coordinates appointments and interviews and handles a range of clerical duties to keep the program running smoothly.
Responsibilities include managing QuickBooks and ledgers, updating client information, preparing charts, filing, and assisting with program operations.
Responsible for a wide variety of clerical duties and provides support to the Office manager/Program Director in the management of the office.
This is an at-will administrative position within a program. This position is responsible for the coordination of appointments and interviews as well as supporting the administrative needs of the program.
