  • Manage end-to-end execution of complex RF IC and hardware development programs.
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, budgets, and technical deliverables across RFIC design, EM/package design, test lab, and operations.
  • Act as the programmatic point of contact for key external customers and defense/commercial partners.
  • Track milestones, manage risks, and resolve schedule/resource bottlenecks.
  • Align progress with business goals and product strategy; communicate status in reviews.
  • Coordinate with wafer foundries and assembly/packaging vendors; ensure regulatory compliance.

As a small and growing company, we concentrate on developing high-performance, wideband chips and system-on-chip (SoC) solutions.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Program / Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team to oversee critical customer programs, product development roadmaps, and cross-functional engineering execution. You will manage the lifecycle of advanced millimeter-wave (mmWave) wideband chips, system-on-chips (SoCs), and phased array modules from conception through tape-out, lab testing, and volume delivery.This position requires excellent communication skills and a self-driven mindset, presenting significant opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of complex RF integrated circuit (IC) and hardware development programs
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, budgets, and technical deliverables across cross-functional teams (RFIC design, EM/package design, test lab, and operations)
  • Act as the programmatic point of contact for key external customers and defense/commercial partners
  • Track project milestones, manage technical risks, and proactively resolve schedule or resource bottlenecks
  • Align project progress with company business goals and product strategy
  • Facilitate clear technical communication during internal design reviews and external customer status updates
  • Serve as operational point of contact for external semiconductor wafer foundries and assembly/packaging vendors
  • Ensure supply chain processes conform to stringent defense, aerospace, and ITAR regulations where applicable
  • Mitigate material risks (e.g., long-lead packaging substrates, evaluation board components) to support internal test labs and customer sampling timelines
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant project or program management experience within the semiconductor, defense, or high-tech hardware industry
  • Solid understanding of RF/mmWave product development lifecycles, IC design, or phased array technologies
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational, risk management, and problem-solving skills
  • U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder (required)
