Job Title: Program Supervisor - STRTP
The STRTP Complex Care Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) serving youth with complex behavioral and mental health needs. This role ensures the delivery of trauma-informed, therapeutic care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to direct care staff and ensures the program operates safely, effectively, and in alignment with agency standards.
Preferably Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university; Associate degree (A.A.) with one to two years’ experience; or three to four years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for business purposes and on-call rotation. Employees must use a personal vehicle that meet all agency requirements, including maintaining liability insurance that meets or exceeds state requirements. Employees are responsible for ensuring the timely renewal of their vehicle insurance policies and providing updated documentation to the agency to remain in good standing and compliant with position requirements.
