Job summary

Step by Step, Inc is seeking a Program Supervisor in Sharon Hill, PA to lead a team delivering direct care and coordinated supports to adults with developmental disabilities. The role combines on-site supervisory duties with Direct Support Professional responsibilities in a community-based setting.

You will oversee program operations, supervise staff, manage meal planning and daily records, and ensure compliant service delivery while supporting participants toward meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus 6 months experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Must pass CPR and First Aid Certifications and medication training
• Valid driver's license with no suspensions or points within the past three years
• Available to work on weekends and holidays
• Supervisory experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure the provision and implementation of specialized services.
• Maintain and operate the residential unit safely and lawfully.
• Oversee and manage program operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to program staff, including performance evaluations.
• Supervise upkeep, maintenance, and supplies for the facility, menu planning, expenses, daily communications, activities, medications, and daily participant records.

About us: Step by Step, Inc is a non-profit organization that provides supports to over 2000 individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental illness, and substance abuse. Our community-based programs provide a setting where individuals we serve can be independent.

The essential function of the position includes the following:

• Ensures the provision and implementation of specialized services.
• Ensures that the residential unit is maintained and operated in a safe, secure, and lawful manner
• Oversee and manage program operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to program staff, including conducting regular performance evaluations
• Supervises the provision of upkeep, maintenance, and supplies required for the physical facility, preparation, and recording of menus, expenses, daily communications, activities, medication, and daily program participant records.

All Team Members must:

• be 18 years of age or older
• have a current driver's license with no suspensions or points within the past three years
• have clean background check
• must pass CPR and First Aid Certifications and medication training
• High School diploma or GED plus 6 months experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• be available to work on weekends and holidays
