Job summary

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP) supervisor to oversee program areas, deliver services, and supervise staff supporting individuals with serious mental illness.

The role involves day-to-day operations, compliance with licensing, regulatory, funding, and accrediting bodies, budget monitoring, and staff hiring/training. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of referenced experience (supervisory preferred), and on-call flexibility. Salary is $53,560.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Two years of positively referenced experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Driver’s license with 3 points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
• Requires on-call flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Residential Rehabilitation Program areas, including delivery of services and supervision of staff.
• Monitor smooth day-to-day operations.
• Implement and maintain systems for continuous quality improvement.
• Assess and coordinate direct support service needs of clients.
• Participate in hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of staff.
• Monitor program budget.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, funding, and accrediting bodies.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, support systems, and partner service providers.

What to expect.

This is an opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment. You will be responsible for the management of program areas, including the delivery of services and supervision of staff.
