Job summary

Sage Counseling is seeking a Program Supervisor for Outpatient Services in the Greater Phoenix area. Your office will be determined by your location within Maricopa County. The role includes supervision, training, and oversight of clinical staff to ensure high-quality, client-centered services.

Salary offers up to $71,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a $6,000 sign-on bonus. SAGE provides strong benefits including health insurance, 401k match, and licensure supervision."

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field.
• Associate level licensed (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Level Licensed (LPC or LCSW) - AZ-BBHE.
• Two (2) years’ experience providing behavioral health/mental health services.
• Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support to clinical staff in outpatient programs.
• Lead and coordinate supervision and staff development for programs across the Greater Phoenix area.

We are looking for a Program Supervisor in the Greater Phoenix area - SAGE has offices throughout all of Maricopa Co. - your office will be determined by your location.

Pay: up to $71,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum of Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
