Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead Caregivers and coordinate ISP implementation in a community-based setting in Davenport, IA. A valid driver’s license is required, with duties spanning direct support, staff oversight, and program activities.

You will supervise staff, assist with trainings, scheduling, and administrative tasks, and help individuals engage in community activities and daily routines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year related work experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and assist with staffing, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Support individuals with daily activities including meals, medication, and personal care.
• Split duties between direct support, professional tasks, and supervision.
• Escort individuals on outings or provide transportation to activities.
