Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Supervisor in Naperville, IL. The role involves supervising a team of caregivers, coordinating ISP implementation, and providing direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

A valid driver’s license and one year of related experience are required. The position offers full-time schedules with a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with company match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
• Provide support to individuals receiving services including: assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
• Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.
