Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) is seeking a dedicated full-time Program Supervisor for Harmony House in Muscatine. You will oversee a 24-hour site, supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure high-quality person-centered supports for individuals served.

You'll develop staff schedules, monitor overtime to stay within budget, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to promote growth and independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years in human services, including 2 years in leadership.
• Associates Degree with 3 years related experience, 1 year in leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree in human services with 1 year related experience.
• CMA, CAN, LPN or RN credentials preferred; CMA certification within 6 months of hire.
• Willingness to work long hours including some evenings and weekends; on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Harmony House, a 24-hour site, and supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules; monitor overtime to ensure budget compliance.
• Serve as main contact for interdisciplinary team members for individuals served.
• Work directly with individuals served to provide support and instruction for growth and independence.
