The Program Supervisor oversees the 24/7 Crisis Nursery, supervising staff and ensuring around-the-clock coverage, with potential to oversee Family Support programs and direct services.

The Program Supervisor role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in social work with relevant experience and supervisory background; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred;

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work or related field with 2 years' relevant experience, or Bachelor's plus 4 years.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with families in crisis and crisis intervention preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crisis nursery and family support staff; conducts staff training and evaluates performance.
• Implements personnel policies including hiring, performance appraisals, leave, promotions, and salary changes; documents actions.
• Oversees program plan implementation.
• Plans and conducts regular staff meetings.
• Provides individual case supervision to assigned staff.
• Provides backup coverage for team members as required.
• Works with funders and partners to meet licensing regulations and reporting requirements.
• Monitors quality improvement processes including outcomes, assessments, and funding reports.
• Ensures 24/7 coverage of the program.
