Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Charleston, SC. The Program Supervisor will lead a team, oversee ISP implementation, and ensure quality supports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license and at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Other licensure or certification as required by regulatory authority.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties are split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
