Concern Housing in Medford, NY, is seeking a Program Supervisor for the CTAP program to oversee operations and promote client growth, safety, and effective rehabilitation services.

The role requires leadership, supervisory skills, and strong communication abilities, with a Master’s degree preferred in psychology or social work and experience in similar settings. The position offers full-time hours with a Tuesday–Friday and Saturday schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise CTAP program operations and ensure client growth and safety.

• Maintain tracking systems for documentation due dates and program reports.
• Provide 24/7 crisis intervention support.
• Participate in hiring and staff evaluations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.

Tuesday - Friday; 9am - 5pm & Saturday; 8am - 4pm

Job Description

Concern Housing is seeking a Program Supervisor for the CTAP Program to be responsible for the overall supervision of the CTAP program and responsible for managing the program in a manner that promotes client growth, safety, and the effective delivery of rehabilitation services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the provision of direct care services; manage caseloads accordingly; provide direct support to clients during times of staffing challenges.


• Supervise program staff on a weekly basis; provide staff training as needed.


• Ensure program compliance with agency standards of care as well as regulatory guidelines, including OMH’s licensed program requirements and Medicaid billable services, such as:


• the provision of 6 services monthly to each client


• Service Plans and Reviews according to due date requirements


• the obtainment of Physician Authorizations according to due date requirements


• Maintain up-to-date tracking systems of all documentation due dates to ensure compliance.


• Complete periodic staff evaluations; participate in hiring and dismissal of staff.


• Ensure staff remain in compliance with agency‑issued documentation sign‑offs and Relias trainings.


• Provide 24/7 crisis intervention support.


• Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.


• Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Community Residence Programs.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree preferred in Psychology, Social Work or related mental health field with at least 3 years experience working in a similar setting and/or working with people with mental illnesses.


• The individual in this position must have good leadership and supervisory skills, good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make sound judgments regarding client care.


• Residential experience a plus.
