Job summary

Concern Housing in Medford, NY, is seeking a Program Supervisor for the CTAP program to oversee operations and promote client growth, safety, and effective rehabilitation services.

The role requires leadership, supervisory skills, and strong communication abilities, with a Master’s degree preferred in psychology or social work and experience in similar settings. The position offers full-time hours with a Tuesday–Friday and Saturday schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree preferred in Psychology, Social Work or related mental health field.
• Experience working in similar residential/rehabilitation settings.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities; solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CTAP program operations and ensure client growth and safety.
• Manage program staff on a weekly basis and provide training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with agency standards, OMH requirements and Medicaid billable services.
• Maintain tracking systems for documentation due dates and program reports.
• Provide 24/7 crisis intervention support.
• Participate in hiring and staff evaluations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.
