Job summary

Rudolph Community & Care in Eagan, MN is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee one house, lead a team of Direct Support Professionals, and deliver person-centered care to adults with disabilities while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will manage staffing, schedules, timecards, on-call coverage, budgets, and medication audits, partnering with guardians, case managers, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe, supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1+ year of leadership.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including high behaviors.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.

As a Program Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of one house, working closely with your team to provide exceptional care and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to lead, support individuals, and grow within RCC.
