UCP of Long Island is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead multiple residential homes across Suffolk County. You will mentor Residential Managers, coordinate care teams, and ensure individual-centered services meet OPWDD standards.

In this role you’ll drive quality, manage staffing and budgeting, participate in on-call leadership, and foster a culture of excellence and compassion, helping participants achieve greater independence daily.

Qualificações

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1–3 years of OPWDD management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations of multiple residential homes and ensure high-quality, individual-centered services.
• Mentor and support Residential Managers, Assistant Managers, and clinical staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OPWDD, state, and federal requirements.
• Monitor program quality, documentation, and service delivery; manage budgets.
