Job summary

Arc Broward is seeking an Adult Day Program Supervisor to lead Seniors and Life Skills Programs. The role runs Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm, with a pay rate of $22.00-$24.00 per hour. You will implement meaningful programs, supervise staff, and ensure program quality for adults with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a program that supports people with developmental disabilities.
• Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided).
• Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality programs which provide meaningful experiences for adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
• Manage personnel and monitor classroom schedules.
• Participate in the planning and provision of recreation/activities.
• Ensure performance management and contract/funding compliance.

About the Role: Program Supervisor
