Job summary

Arc Broward in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Adult Day Program Supervisor to oversee Seniors and Life Skills Programs and deliver meaningful experiences for adults with developmental disabilities.

The role involves implementing quality programs, managing schedules, planning activities, ensuring funding/compliance, and providing Behavior Learning Therapy. A bachelor’s degree is preferred with 1–3 years of supervisory experience; professional crisis management training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a program that supports people with developmental disabilities.
• Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided).
• Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality programs which provide meaningful experiences for adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
• Manage personal and monitor classroom schedules.
• Participate in the planning and provision of recreation/activities.
• Ensure performance management and contract/funding compliance.

Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00/hour
