D&S Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Supervisor for IDD Services in Science Hill, KY. This full-time role involves leading a group home and coordinating care for individuals with IDD, ensuring safe, independent living.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, at least 1 year of caregiving experience, and the ability to transport clients while providing full caregiver support, including meals, medications, and transfers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license held for at least 12 months.
• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience required.
• Able to provide full caregiver support including meals, meds, housekeeping, transfers.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients using a reliable vehicle with insurance and registration.
• Provide meals, medication assistance, housekeeping and personal care.
• Assist with transfers using lifting equipment as needed.

Program Supervisor, IDD Services in Science Hill

Pay

$15.50/hour

Schedules Available

Full-Time: 32+ hrs. Must have FULL schedule availability for on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and 12–16 hour shifts

Requirements

• Must have a full valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months post intermediate/permit and reliable vehicle with insurance and registration used to transport clients
• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience required
• Must be able to provide full caregiver support, including meal prep, medication assistance, housekeeping, personal care, transfers, and total care using lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.

Please Note

We do not offer traditional Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedules. Shifts are based on client needs and may include: 16-hour overnight shifts (4:00 PM – 8:00 AM), Weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday), Varying hours depending on staffing needs
