Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Program Supervisor in Minnesota. The role oversees staff, facilitates ISP plans, and supports individuals in daily activities.

You will supervise a team of Caregivers, assist with scheduling and training, and provide transportation to work or activities. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to grow within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
• Provide support to individuals receiving services including: assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
• Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.

Program Supervisor

Wage per hour $21.25

40 hours per week on average. Monday 8am-4pm, Tuesday office day, Wednesday/Thursday 8am-4pm and every other weekend 7am-3pm
