100% Remote within California, Must reside in California.
We are seeking a Program Specialist to join the Foundation in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation.
The Foundation for California Community Colleges is on a mission to double its impact in the next 10 years. We are a group of relentless optimists and innovators in education, working collaboratively with public and private partners to help improve the student experience and expand pathways to economic and social mobility in communities across California.
The Program Specialist, Technology Solutions, owns the day-to-day delivery and account management of programs within the FoundationCCC's technology portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Services, this position serves as an Account Manager for the Program Pathways Mapper (PPM), developing deep, specialized expertise in the product and owning assigned college relationships across the full lifecycle, from initial inquiry through go-live, annual curriculum map updates, and ongoing support.
The role requires becoming completely familiar and comfortable with the tool, knowing it inside and out in order to support users effectively, recognize pain points, and surface actionable feedback to the team to inform product improvements.
This individual works independently to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, meeting regularly with users to understand and address their needs, problem-solving and resolving issues, and supporting users through office hours and convenings. They independently manage follow-up on tickets with both the product team and users, and provide reporting, including Google Analytics usage reports, to support adoption.
The Program Specialist works closely with Product Specialists and internal cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and delivery.
While this position initially supports the Program Pathways Mapper, the programs supported may shift based on business needs.
