Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes in Rochester, PA is seeking a Program Specialist to oversee the safety and well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting and to coordinate activities and community integration based on each IP.

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, manage attendance and payroll, ensure policy compliance, and support IP development with NADSP certifications, in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with 6400 regulations required.
• Master’s degree or higher with one year experience in developmentally disabled individuals; or a Bachelor’s with two years; or an Associate’s with four years.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities for individuals per their IP and support community integration.
• Coordinate and oversee Direct Support Professionals responsibilities.
• Complete attendance and payroll records for DSPs.
• Hold regular meetings to review needs and provide training.
• Ensure budgetary compliance for residential programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Participate in IP development, updates, and revisions per CH. 6400.181(a).
• Contribute to IP process and team reviews; perform other duties as directed.
