Passavant Memorial Homes seeks a Program Specialist in the Mount Pleasant area to lead and supervise supports for individuals with disabilities within a residential setting. You will coordinate activities, supervise DSPs, and ensure IPs and regulatory requirements are followed.

The role reports to the Program Operations Director and includes budget oversight, policy adherence, and ongoing IP assessments to support community integration and safety.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with 6400 regulations is required.
• Master’s degree or higher with 1 year direct work with individuals with developmental disabilities or a bachelor’s degree with 2 years, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and supervise activities for individuals in accordance with IPs and opportunities for community integration.
• Coordinate and oversee responsibilities of Direct Support Professionals.
• Complete attendance and payroll records for DSPs.
• Hold regular meetings to review program needs and provide training.
• Ensure budgetary compliance and fiscal accountability for residential programs.
• Ensure program adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist in IP development, updates, and revisions under CH. 6400.181(a).
• Participate in IP process, team reviews, and implementation per 6400 regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Program Operations Director.
