Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a Program Specialist in Harmar to oversee safety and well-being of individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting. You will coordinate IPs and community integration while guiding Direct Support Professionals.

Reporting to the Program Operations Director, the role includes IP development, IP updates, team reviews, budget oversight, and training to ensure regulatory compliance and client progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license; required for role.
• Experience with 6400 regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise activities aligned with each IP and promote community integration.
• Coordinate and oversee Direct Support Professionals’ responsibilities.
• Complete attendance and payroll records for Direct Support Professionals.

Master’s degree + 1 year direct care experience

Bachelor’s degree + 2 years direct care experience
