A leading provider of support services in Beaver County is seeking a Program Specialist to oversee the well-being of individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, managing a team of Direct Support Professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience and a relevant degree. The position offers competitive pay of $75,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus over the first year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience required.
• Master’s degree or higher with direct experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Experience with 6400 regulations is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise activities for individuals in accordance with their specific Individual Plan (IP).
• Coordinate and provide oversight for Direct Support Professionals' responsibilities.
• Ensure program adherence to established policies and procedures.

Skills

Supervisory experience

Valid driver's license

Knowledge of 6400 regulations

Education

Master’s degree or higher with 1 year experience

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience

Associate’s degree with 4 years’ experience
