What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the daily operations of assigned lending products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain lending products
- Support the lending sales team as a subject matter expert while leading individual sales opportunities
- Structure and lead complex strategic partnership negotiations with financial institutions
- Review and proactively manage pipeline performance against established goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in related sales fields, particularly within credit unions and banks
- Surplus Lines Insurance Licensing is required
- Proven ability to prospect, engage, and close new business
- Excellent understanding of consumer auto loans and key financial drivers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand prospect needs
