  • Bachelor's degree with at least three years' experience; OR high school diploma with at least five years' experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite at intermediate level.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage day-to-day operations of one or more programs or projects.
  • Oversee budgets and ensure compliance with ABA policies.
  • Advise member leaders on strategy and procedures, including risk analysis.
  • Serve as primary contact for projects, internal and external, and report progress.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners; pursue sponsorship revenue as needed.
  • Supervise staff as appropriate; participate in recruitment, orientation and performance evaluations.
