POSITION: Program Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Director of Sections & Committees
HIRING RANGE: $55,000 - $60,000 (pay is commensurate with experience and education)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time, 40 hours a week
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
JOB LOCATION: Hybrid In-Office/Remote (At least 1-2 days per week are required in-office, with more as needed for meetings and programs)
OFFICE LOCATION: 1290 Broadway, Ste. 1700, Denver, CO 80203 (Must be able to reliably commute to this location for in-office days and offsite events as well as have reliable internet for remote work)
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Office Environment. Physical activities may include sitting in office setting with a requirement of the potential to lift, at least, 20 lbs. Various offsite events (restaurants, sporting events etc.) will also be required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities

The Program Coordinator will assist with a variety of responsibilities, including developing and distributing member communications, coordinating meetings and educational programs, supporting event logistics, monitoring budgets, and maintaining webpages. This role will support approximately 7-12 volunteer groups (internally referred to as sections and committees) representing a variety of practice areas and interests. Examples include the Business Law Section, Cannabis Law Section, Government Counsel Section, and Judicial Liaison Section. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in identifying and addressing the needs of volunteer leaders and association members.
