Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, public health, education, social work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience working in the Healthcare industry/field is preferred (2 years).
• Experience in conducting trainings and/or providing technical assistance is preferred (2 years).
• Experience in coordinating projects, events and activities in the community is preferred (2 years).
• Proficient in Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison with agencies and internal programs to explain and provide technical assistance on agency and program statutory requirements.
• Markets THSteps to community and professional groups through presentations and training.
• Reviews and coordinates provider recruitment and enrollment activities to improve participation.
• Prepares administrative reports and maintains documentation of provider relations activities.
