Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and performs advanced technical and administrative duties pertaining to specialized District programs; coordinates the technical administrative aspects of program planning and development.
• Manages complex customer relations to educate and market program services and meets program goals.
• Serves as a lead worker; coordinates work of staff and monitors activities.
• Plans and coordinates events, outreach, and program activities; analyzes data and prepares reports.
• Plans, presents and delivers orientations, workshops, and seminars for students and community.
• Develops and monitors budgets; ensures fiscal integrity and procurement.
• Performs data management and complex data analyses for program evaluation.
• Maintains files and confidential records; handles correspondence and reporting.
