The objective of this position is to initiate, build and maintain relationships with diverse communities listening to the needs and concerns, especially as they correspond to the communities within the liaison's specified district. This can enhance trust, increase awareness about our procedures, help in crime prevention and provide localized solutions, while also recruiting and retaining a diverse staff from those communities.
