Job summary

Air Mobility Command, Department of the Air Force, is seeking a Program Specialist to manage Life Support and First Aid Training programs for the 375 AMW and related personnel. The role includes developing training materials and testing procedures and guiding trainers in delivering effective programs.

The incumbent will participate in conferences to present mission status, accomplishments, challenges, and support requirements, and will contribute to program advocacy and integration.

• Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of office/programs.
• Develops the Training and Education Materials and Testing Procedures.
• Directs, educates, and assists program managers and designated trainers in the delivery of effective training and educational programs.
• Participates in conferences and meetings to deliver presentation on substantive mission and support issues, project/program status, accomplishments, challenges encountered and anticipated, support requirements, and the integration and advocacy of program and project as it relates the assigned function.
