Key Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this position is: To perform as Air Operations Specialist managing and operating the localFlight Services Office, commonly referred to as MacDill One-stop, for the 6th Air Refueling Wing and 927th AirRefueling Wing aircrew members in support of MacDill flight operations. The position also serves as ContractingOfficer's Representative (COR) for 6th Operations Group's Squadron Operations Support Center.

Duties Furnishes pilots with a full range of services pertinent to pre-flight planning. CriticalServes as COR for 6th Operations Group's Squadron Operations Support Contract. Performs supervisory personnel management responsibilities: Makes work assignments for employees. Responsible for the effective operation of flight-data information systems during the shift of duty. Recognizes, diagnoses, and acts on commonly occurring hardware/software problems.

Performs Equipment Manager and administrative functions.
