Job summary

Synergis is seeking a Program/Project Administration professional in Peachtree City, GA, with a strong background in coordinating prototype builds, scheduling, and registration tasks. The role supports multi-site project teams and customer activities on a 12-month contract.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience, proficiency with Microsoft tools, and the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business, administration, management, operations, engineering or related field, or 3 years of program/office administration experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to build productive internal/external relationships.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate prototype builds, data entry, and registration tasks for program management and customer activities.
  • Track material required dates, shipping schedules and monitor purchase orders for timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
  • Perform administrative, clerical, and basic analytical tasks related to program administration.
  • Support prototype and preproduction builds using Excel, Salesforce, Winshuttle, Agile, and SAP.
  • Register development codes and planning numbers to support business planning and administration.
  • Support new model/part registration and revisions using Excel, Salesforce, Winshuttle, Agile, and SAP.
  • Track MRDs and maintain detailed ship schedules.
  • Assist invoicing and material disposition using various portals and scheduling tools.
  • Support GPMP and PLS administration and timing data entry for performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify open issues and drive resolution.

Job description

LOCATION: Peachtree City, GA (on-site 2 days a week and remote 3 days a week)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 months

Responsibilities:

  • Support program management and customer activities through coordination of prototype builds, data entry, and registration tasks.
  • Track material required dates, maintain shipping schedules, and ensure timely delivery by monitoring purchase orders.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to resolve issues and contribute to process improvements.
  • Perform administrative, clerical, and basic analytical tasks related to program administration.
  • Support activities for prototype and preproduction builds using email, MS Excel, and SAP.
  • Register program names, development codes, and planning numbers to support business planning and program administration.
  • Support new model/part registration and revisions using Excel, Salesforce, Winshuttle, Agile, and SAP.
  • Track customer material required dates (MRDs) and maintain detailed ship schedules.
  • Support invoicing and material disposition as directed, using various customer portals and scheduling tools.
  • Support the administration of the Global Project Management Process (GPMP) and Program Launch System (PLS).
  • Create and maintain timing data in the GPMP-PLS system to support performance measurement.
  • Work with project team members to identify open issues and drive resolution.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A two- or four-year college degree in business, administration, management, operations, engineering, technology, or a related field, or three (3) years of previous experience in program/project or office administration preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Ability to build productive internal/external relationships.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to participate in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and PowerApps is preferred.
  • Prior experience with SAP or other End-to-End ERP/MRP tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive product development and Automotive Exchange/Covisint is preferred.
  • Ability to learn new computer applications and complete necessary training or certifications.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $23.62 to $27.97 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
