Synergis is seeking an Operations Support Associate to join the Facilities & Logistics team in Plymouth, MN on-site, 5 days a week. The role supports shipping operations, inventory, and building-wide logistics with a focus on efficiency and cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, strong initiative, and comfort with ambiguity. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position offering benefits for full-time staff and opportunities to start ASAP.

• Identify practical efficiency and cost-saving improvements in inventory handling and processes.

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6-month contract-to-hire

Responsibilities:

• Support the two-person shipping team with day-to-day operations, including prep and labeling outbound shipments and assisting with inventory.
• Absorb overflow during increased flow of product.

Requirements:

• Early career, roughly 1-3 years of related experience.
• Exceptional common sense and initiative, with a self-directed approach.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities, and able to adapt without step-by-step guidance.
• Team-first mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Cost-conscious, detail-oriented, and organized.
• No forklift certification, HVAC, skilled-trades expertise, or heavy warehouse/assembly background required.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to shipping, logistics, facilities, or operations environment is a plus.
• Immediate availability and ability to start ASAP.
• Candidates within commuting distance to the client’s Minnesota facility are being considered.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $22.50 to $24.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
