Job summary

Friendship Community in Lancaster County is seeking a Program Specialist to ensure ISP creation, implementation, documentation, and regular reassessment in line with state regulations. You will manage a caseload of 20-30 individuals and support ISP outcomes.

The role includes participating in ISP meetings, coordinating trainings for Direct Support Professionals and Residential Managers, and pursuing funding or supervision enhancements as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 1 year paid relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years paid relevant experience.
• Associate's degree (or 60 credits) with 4 years paid experience.

Job description

The Program Specialistis responsible for assuring that quality and documentation standards meet Friendship Community and State Regulations. The Program Specialist oversees a caseload of 20-30 individuals we serve here at Friendship Community to ensure that each individual's ISP (Individualized Support Plan) is not only created, but implemented, documented, and re-assessed when appropriate.
