Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division (EPD) has an opening for a Program Specialist on our Large Electric Power team located in Griffin, GA. The Program Specialist will manage the planning, organization and implementation of complex programs.

This role requires strong project management skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and experience shaping program direction. Travel up to 25% is required; relocation assistance is available; five-day onsite schedule.

Job Summary

Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division has an exciting opportunity as Electric Power Division (EPD) has an opening for a Program Specialist on our Large Electric Power team located in Griffin, GA. The Program Specialist will manage the planning, organization and implementation of complex programs.

What You Will Do

What You Will Have

• Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

Summary Pay Range

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
