Aston Carter seeks a Program Services Specialist to manage child care fee assistance processes. The role involves eligibility determination, fostering relationships with military and family members, and exceptional customer service. The Program Services Specialist is tasked with processing child care fee assistance while fostering relationships with military personnel, family members, and child care providers. The role is pivotal in ensuring timely processing of applications, maintaining data integrity, and providing exemplary customer service.
This position is 100% remote, requiring the candidate to be local to Arlington and reside in the DMV area for equipment pickup and onsite meet and greet. The standard shift is from 10 AM to 7 PM, with training from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, for the first six weeks.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
