Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Program Security Representative to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs and SCI, managing day-to-day activities and ensuring compliance with NISPOM, DCID, and related policies. The role supports collateral data and government operations.

Candidates should have 5+ years of security experience, hold US citizenship, and possess Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI + Polygraph. Travel 10–25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area OR Associate's degree in a related area + 2 years' experience OR equivalent experience (4 years).

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI and collateral data.
• Provide day-to-day security support including assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and suggest improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
• Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight.
• Brief all levels of personnel on security topics for government and civilian staff.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews and facility close-outs.
• Monitor, report and track corrective actions from compliance reviews.
• Ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to program staff and management.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into SAP security education program.
