Job summary

ManTech seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Program Security Officer to join our team in Tysons, VA. The PSO will support the Industrial Security Team with management and administration of DoD and IC contracts, ensuring compliance with government, customer, and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4+ years of physical, program and/or personal security experience.
• Experience with data aggregation, data entry, file organization, and metrics presentation.
• Experience performing PSO functions for DoD and IC programs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; familiarity with government contract support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing program security to ensure contract delivery and compliance with government, customer, and company standards.
• Directly communicate with government customers, program delivery managers, and the industrial security team; compile/provide metrics on contract personnel, systems, execution, and support.
• Provide support to physical and personnel security programs, SCIF operations, facility security, and updating personnel security clearance records in SIMS.
• Assist the industrial security team in maintaining compliance and maximizing efficiency within security vertical; support using established processes and procedures.
• Prioritize and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
